INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sign up for a date above by filling out the information below and clicking "SIGN UP." The dates with "x's" are no longer available.   
2. Please plan to drop off your donation in the donation box located on Legacy's front porch as close to the date or on the date that you selected. 
3. Jane Levis, our Executive Director, will email you with Legacy's address.
